Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults present at the time of delivery.
What’s Covered
If your item shows signs of a manufacturing defect (e.g. faulty print, structural damage not caused by use, or adhesion issues on a screen protector), we will either repair, replace, or refund the product—at our discretion and free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, faded prints, worn edges, etc.)
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, water exposure)
- Misuse, modification, or improper handling of the product
- Products damaged due to use in combination with incompatible accessories
Please note that cosmetic damage due to everyday use—such as minor surface marks or discoloration—does not qualify as a defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is defective and covered by warranty, please contact us via our contact form. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Legal Rights
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. In case of any conflict, the laws of Sweden shall apply.
